어느 순간 eclipse (STS)에서 rename을 동작하지 않았다.
단축키 alt + shift + r 도 사용이 되지 않는다.

After Updating to 4.23.0 (2022-03), refactor-rename doesn't work anymore. When I open the refactoring menu, the option "rename" shows up but it doesn't rename the variable in other places...

해당 문제는 lombok 1.18.22를 eclipse (STS)에서 javaagent로 설정하여 사용하면서 발생하였는데 해결책은 1.18.24 이상 버전으로 교체하면 된다.
